Baby Chrysanthemum (Ju Hua) - Comprising only the young buds of chrysanthemum flowers, this natural coolant for the body is great for releasing stress that you're holding onto, which allows for focus and cooling of the body. Baby chrysanthemum boasts a sweeter and more concentrated tastes compared to the common chrysanthemum.
Dried Asian Pear (Ya Li) - The health benefits of Asian pears are plentiful. They can increase the body’s yin fluid and clear heat, cooling the body. These effects particularly relate to the lung and stomach organs and meridians.
